Erie County Executive to award $250K to North East Township as part of Municipal GAP Funding Program

WHAT:
Erie County Executive Brenton Davis is pleased to present $250K to North East Township for a Sanitary Sewer Extension along route 89. The extension would begin just north of I-90 and travel southward. This project would provide the necessary infrastructure to support additional business development in the Township. The immediate and future development that will occur as a result of this project will promote growth and economic opportunities for the area.
Erie County GAP Funds are used to leverage a municipality’s effort to invest in water, sewer, and broadband infrastructure, making necessary investments to improve access to clean drinking water, support vital wastewater and storm water infrastructure, and to expand access to broadband internet.
