WHAT: The County of Erie will honor those killed and affected by the events of September 11, 2021 on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 outside the Blasco Memorial Library, beginning at 8:30 a.m. This year’s speaker will feature Joe Benacci, Director of the Erie County Veterans Services Department.
