Erie, PA – The Erie County Public Library will participate in national Digital Learning Day on Thursday, Feb. 27. Blasco Library’s Idea Lab will be offering programs for the Erie community to explore learning using technology.
Part of the Erie County Public Library’s core mission is to offer the community access to tools that empower us to learn. To celebrate the great potential of technology as an educational tool, the Erie County Public Library is joining organizations across the country in offering programs that explore learning using technology.
These programs include:
- Intro to 3D Modeling | Use Tinkercad to design a 3D model that can be 3D printed.
- Media Lab Open House | Learn by getting hands-on with the audio and video recording resources in Blasco Library’s Media Lab.
- Using Windows Part 1 | Learn the basics of using Microsoft Windows on your computer
- HEXBUG Mazes | Use LEGOs and other bricks to build epic mazes for HEXBUGS. These little robots will buzz and skitter in every direction, so you’ll have to build fast!
