County Executive to hold press conference to highlight Erie County’s $2.5M Investment in childcare
Erie, PA – The Erie County Investing in Families initiative aims to improve access to affordable and high-quality childcare services across Erie County, addressing a critical need for families and the community at large.
The press conference will include remarks that will outline the objectives of the initiative and its expected impact on local families and childcare providers.
Access to affordable, high-quality childcare is essential to the success of families and the workforce. This $2.5 million investment, by the direction of County Government, will be administered by ECGRA to support early childhood development, enhance childcare availability, and ensure that families in Erie County have the resources they need to thrive. The funding is part of an ongoing commitment to improving community infrastructure and supporting local initiatives that foster growth and opportunity.
