Terry M. Scutella is a lifelong resident of Erie, and graduated from Strong Vincent High School in 1967. After high school, Terry served in the United States Marine Corps from 1967-1973.
Terry retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in 2009 after 35 years of service. Throughout his employment as a Revenue Enforcement Agent, Terry received a number of awards including the Secretary of Revenue Award for Excellence.
In 2001, Terry was elected to the Millcreek School Board. He remained as a School Board Director for 12 years, and served as the Board President for five of those years.
Terry has also volunteered as a board member for local non-profit organizations, including Community Health Net for nine years, as well as the Ronald McDonald Charities.
Equipped with his past experiences and expertise from serving the community, Terry looks forward to working on Erie County Council. He is committed to making the right choices to benefit and better the taxpayers of Erie County.
