Vendor Announcement
The Erie County Department of Procurement is proud to announce that we will now be using PennBid, a web-based eProcurement service. Erie County has migrated its procurement and bidding opportunities to the PennBid Program (https://PennBid.net).
All documents are available to you online at no cost and you can submit your proposals electronically.
Instructions to Register with PennBid
To use PennBid, there is a one-time, no-cost registration process. Once registered, you gain access to bid opportunities from over 2,500 public agencies and private firms.
You can also be automatically notified of other bid opportunities that match your desired products/services offered. A nominal, capped fee is assessed only to vendors who are awarded a contract.
