Services are coordinated by the Supports Coordination Organization and the county Office of Intellectual Disabilities.
Services include residential, in-home and community supports; community participation supports; employment services; family support services; agency with choice; transportation; behavior support; specialized therapies; and case management.
Eligibility determination for intellectual disabilities and autism services and supports can be accessed by contacting the Intake Department at Erie County Care Management (ECCM).
