The Erie County Department of Health’s dental program provides preventative dental care for those who have limited access, helping to eliminating obstacles to dental care. The department also provides oral health education to the public, helping to motivate the public to value oral health as part of their overall health.
Services We Provide
Services are provided at no cost for patients who have no dental insurance or who are covered by medical assistance:
- Oral cancer screenings
- Dental screenings
- Cleanings for children (at first tooth eruption) and adults
- Fluoride treatments
- Referrals to dentist or physician
The Erie County Department of Health dental clinic is open Mondays through Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
