Baby & Me – Tobacco Free
The Baby & Me – Tobacco Free Program is a program to quit smoking for participants who are pregnant and have recently given birth (postpartum).
Smoking during pregnancy is a well-documented cause of premature and underweight births. Not smoking while pregnant reduces the damaging effect of exposure to secondhand smoke on children.
Program Details
Participants attend four sessions for education and support for quitting smoking. After the birth of the baby, participants return for monthly monitoring. If they are smoke-free, they will receive a voucher for diapers for up to 12 months.
