Special Meeting of Erie County Council

The purpose of the meeting is to have Second Readings of Ordinance Numbers: 65, 2021, “2021 American Rescue Plan Act Fund Supplemental Appropriation of $26,215,751 for Establishment of ARPA Fund to Administer and Disburse ARPA Grant Funding,” and 66, “Twenty-Eighth 2021 General Fund Budget Supplemental Appropriation of $7,092,000 and Creation of New Items for Transfer from American Rescue Plan Act Fund for Revenue Replacement.”

Speak at a County Council Meeting

If you would like to address Erie County Council, please provide notice along with your name and subject matter, via email to Clerk Douglas Smith, dsmith@eriecountypa.gov, at least five days before the day of the meeting and you shall be given five minutes to speak. Citizens who do not provide such written notice shall be given three minutes to speak.
