Erie, PA – Erie County Council approved the last Member of the Erie County Community College Board of Trustees at tonight’s Special Meeting. In a unanimous vote, the appointment of Justin M. Gallagher to represent District 5 of County Council was approved, after it was formally put forth by County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper.

Councilman Brian Shank: “Mr. Gallagher brings with him trade experience, being employed at WABTEC and sitting on the Board of the Erie County Technical School. That is extremely important to many of my constituents.” Chairman Andre’ Horton: “We are happy to have Mr. Gallagher on the Board and even more excited to move the Community College process forward for Erie County.” The appointment of the nine Member Board of Trustees had to occur by September 7, 2020.
